In Person vs Hybrid Learning

In person learning occurs on a scheduled date and time in an instructor-led classroom setting. The skills session will be completed in the same setting.

Hybrid learning includes online course content to complete at your own pace. A scheduled instructor-led skills session is required for certification. Please note, the online section MUST be complete prior to attending the skills session.

Because class seats and instructor time are reserved in advance, we are unable to offer refunds for any reason. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. We are happy to assist based on availability.
